Temporary Placements
If within the first 8 hours worked, you are not satisfied with our temporary employee and their work, we will replace the employee and you will not be billed for those hours.

Permanent Placements

ISS provides a One-Year Guarantee.  If your permanent placement does not work out during the first 90 days we will replace that employee with a suitable replacement.  If an employee leaves prior to their one year anniversary date, we will provide a qualified replacement at 25% off our standard charge.
