The Babyboomers are starting to retire and are being replaced with the Millenials, this is causing three major hurtles for businesses. First, there are 10 million less Millenials than Babyboomers. Second, the Babyboomers are leaving with all of their experience. Lastly, the Millenials look at the world through different glasses and require that we understand their perspective in order to communicate and be productive.
