Joseph Kohn, President
Mr. Kohn started ISS 7 years ago. Prior to ISS, Mr. Kohn had over 25 years management experience including Marketing Strategy Development, Contract Manager, and Area Sales Manager for General Electric Company, Telecommunications Consultant, Recruiter, EMT, and Chain Store owner/operator.
Mr. Kohn has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Colorado and a Masters of Management in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University.
Ronald Messenheimer, Vice-President, Finance
Mr. Messenheimer joined ISS in 2005. Prior to ISS, he had over 30 years experience spanning the mining, real estate, information management, immigration and healthcare industries. During the last 15 years he was president of a regional staffing agency that recruited national and internationally for scarce positions. He has sponsored over 50 candidates for permanent US residence. Mr. Messenheimer has held positions in accounting, marketing, finance, and management.
Mr. Messenheimer has a B.S. in Business and Management from the University of Maryland, College Park.
