From the Capital Beltway (I-495):  Take interstate 95 north toward Baltimore.  Take the second exit (33A – Route 198 E) to Laurel.  Turn right at the first traffic light on to Van Dusen Road. Turn Left at 3nd light onto Cherry Lane. Pass Laurel High School. Make right in Laurel Lake Executive Office park. Office is on the left..

From Tysons Corner:  Take 495 north toward Baltimore/Bethesda.  Follow the directions above from the Capital Beltway.

From Baltimore:  Take I-95 south.  Take exit 33A (Route 198 E) to Laurel. Follow the directions above.

 

Questions or Concerns

Nurses, Clients, and Patients are encouraged to contact ISS with concerns regarding patient care or safety . Please call 240-334-4333. This phone number will reach an ISS office staff employee twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

If you feel your concerns about patient care and safety cannot be resolved through your agency or the facility of your assignment you are encouraged to contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Management to report any concerns or register a complaint about a Joint Commission certified organization by calling (800) 994-9910 or emailing complaint@jointcommission.org. No punitive or disciplinary action will be taken for reporting any concern to Joint Commission.

Complaint and Grievance Procedure

Although Innovative Staffing Solutions strives to provide a positive and rewarding work environment for all employees, we appreciate that complaints or grievances may arise from time to time.  All concerns should first be discussed with your supervisor and resolved if possible.  If you remain dissatisfied please contact Innovative Staffing Solutions management and explain your concerns.  In some cases it may be beneficial to provide a written explanation to avoid misunderstanding.  Management will promptly investigate and evaluate each complaint or grievance and communicate the results to you, generally within 10 business days, unless circumstances require a shorter response time or the investigation takes more than 10 business days (in which case you will be advised of the nature of the delay within 10 business days).
