- I consistently need 1-3 agency travelers. I can never fully staff. Would you be able to come through for me? We have experience bringing over hundreds of heathcare workers. We specialize in the tough cases. Working with the USCIS and State Boards requires both meticulous detail and creativity. This is where we excel. We are experts with the state boards and our lawyers work us through the immigration process. When we hit a roadblock, our team works to circumnavigate it.
- I have been burnt with fall out when attempting to recruit/hire foreign PTs in the past. I have wasted a lot of time and money with nothing to show. How are you different? The process takes anywhere from 8 to 18 months. We are dealing with people who could change direction for any number of personal reasons over that time period. It is inevitable that there will be drop outs. It is inevitable that people will fail exams. And it is inevitable that people will not be allowed into the USA for no apparent reason. These things are to be expected. The ISS leasing program takes all of those concerns away from you. We deal with them. We work through them. We take the monetary hits. You spend your time handling your business. We will work through these issues and bring you the health care worker you requested. We bring them to you at a bill rate similar to your current employee total costs.
- I am over budget due to overtime and travelers. Will this leasing program be any different? ISS lease rates are many times $9 to $13 less per hour than a traveler's rates. A leased employee will also provide continuity of service. They will be with you at least 3 years vs. 3 months for a traveler.
- How will I know your PTs will fit in my setting? You choose the healthcare worker you want. We provide you with resumes based on your criteria. You choose who you want to interview. We set up the interviews at your convenience. Then you choose the people you want.
- What is the PT does not work out? If in the first 90 days you are not satisfied with you new employee, we will replace them. This is not a one shot deal for us. With shortages predicted to increase in the coming years, we want to build an employment pipeline for your company into the future. It is in our interest to provide you with the best people.
