ISS Recruiting and Screening Process

  1. ISS presents therapists for your evaluation and selection. 
  2. ISS prepares a Task Order setting forth the specific details with respect to each selected therapist
  3. If acceptable, you execute and return the Task Order to ISS.
  4. ISS submits an offer letter to each selected therapist which requires a three-year commitment.
  5. The therapist accepts the position.
  6. ISS returns the fully executed Task Order to you and you submit the Initial Deposit to ISS.
  7. ISS manages the therapist through the immigration and licensing process including the following:
    • TOEFL practice books, CDs and classes
    • NPTE review classes and assessment tests
    • USCIS interview coaching
    • Tourist Visas
    • Working/ Permanent Visas
    • Travel arrangements
    • Extra classes to meet FCCPT requirements
    • State Licensure requirements
    • POEA requirements
    • Banking, Car Loan, and Credit Assistance
  8. The therapist arrives at your facility with appropriate licenses and certifications in hand.  The therapist works the initial 24 months pursuant to the Task Order and the final 12 months as your employee.

We have designed the ISS International Temp-to-Perm Program to minimize the risks, hassles, paperwork, and up-front cost normally associated with recruiting international healthcare professionals.
